Motor Bracket for Pololu 37D with Encoder v2

Modified the dome motor bracket again to add strength, as the slide rail cutout on the bottom that sat on the shoulder was letting it flex, as that was a weak point.

I added extra room at the top to allow for a longer motor. I Had to flip the gear upside down but it works.

Much, much stronger.
